Google Introduces Hosted Site Search for Small Businesses

Custom Search Business Edition is a paid service for small business (fee based on # of pages; starting at $100). For the fee, you are able to add your logo and customize the results; and decide whether to run ads or not.

Very Small Businesses should stick with the regular and free Custom Search Engine.
